  1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier company name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, Delhivery and Aramex) and enter the AWB # to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.   1. I stay in India. How much are the shipping charges?

For all prepaid deliveries within India, shipping is free!

  1. Do you ship outside India? How much international shipping will I be charged?

Yes! We ship worldwide. We charge as per country and weight of the parcel for all international orders.

  1. Do I have to pay Customs and Duties on my international order?

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of shipping charges. You may have to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (Aramex ,etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

  1. Do you offer COD services?

Yes, we do at an additional cost ! However, customized orders or pre-orders requires payment before delivery.

     6. Do you have a return/Exchange policy ?

We strictly have a NO Refund/Return/Exchange policy . If a product received is damaged in transit ,replacement will be provided (damage needs to be claimed on the same day of receiving the parcel) .

  1. What if the polish on my silver jewelry gets tarnished?

We offer 3 years warranty of plating service only on our 925 silver jewelry . At any time, if you feel you want your Belleza jewelry shining as new, please send it to us and we will re-plate it for you – for free!
